radisys.com RDOF Compliance Each long-form applicant that is authorized to receive RDOF support after the close of the auction will be required to offer voice and broadband services that meet the relevant performance requirements to fixed locations in exchange for receiving monthly subsidy payments of the 10-year support term. These services must be available to the required number of locations associated with the eligible census blocks covered by its winning bids along with certain other newly build locations upon reasonable request. 2 RDOF support recipients may offer a variety of broadband service offerings as long as they offer at least one standalone voice plans and one service plan that provides broadband at the relevant performance tier and latency requirements, and these plans must be offered at rates that are reasonable comparable to rates offers in urban areas.
