www.radisys.com D A T A S H E E T DEPLOYMENT - READY HARDWARE FOR FIBER - TO - THE - HOME NET WORKS The Radisys ES6001 is a small form factor service delivery terminal that delivers broadband connectivity to the subscriber using the 10G XGS-PON standard. This high- performance terminal integrates a 10G XGS-PON optical WAN interface that enables residential and symmetrical business network traffic at speeds up to 10 Gbps. The ES6001 includes one 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GE) port for residential and business service, IPTV video and data services. 10 GIGABIT SUBSCRIBER EXPERIENCE The ES6001 is an integrated access device that delivers advanced network management and software features to enable the 10 Gigabit experience. The ES6001 terminates a 10G XGS-PON fiber optic link at the subscriber's premises and provide an industry-standard 100/1000/10G Base-T interface for the customer premises equipment. The ES6001 enables residential and business subscribers to receive 10 Gigabit broadband data and IP video on a single fiber. Using Layer-2 bridged features, the ES6001 establishes a strategic location for the delivery and control of broadband services.
