radisys.com 5 The technological advancement of Combo-PON with concurrent and simultaneous support of XGS-PON and GPON delivers on the promise of servicing legacy networks while seamlessly supporting advanced 10Gigabit capable networks. The OLTs support any combination of Combo-PON, GPON or XGS-PON pluggable transceivers with auto-detection for self-configuration, allowing pay-as-you-go deployments and future proof network planning. RLT-3200C-D Further enabling the seamless migration of brownfield networks, Radisys Management System (RMS) is a modern, cloud native platform based on microservices that can scale from small single-node deployments to the management of thousands of OLTs endpoints. With a catalog of REST APIs it interfaces to a number of third-party OSS/BSS systems. RMS provides user friendly graphical interfaces for management, reporting and analytics. It can be difficult changing suppliers, especially when significant investment has been made in a multi- line card chassis that is underutilized and consuming valuable rack or outdoor cabinet space. Connect Open Broadband OLTs offer a low barrier to entry, with proven hardware and software that is easy to integrate. While a 6-slot or 14-slot chassis may have the potential to scale your network, the ease of starting with a 1RU 16-port, or 2RU 32-port Combo-PON OLT, and then scaling into the same physical footprint, subscriber capacity and uplink capacity of a chassis-based system offers a much simpler design using a single SKU. No need for separate management cards, no need for network or fabric cards to address changing uplink capacity.
