ng-voice and Radisys partnership brings agentic in-call AI into the operator voice network

ng-voice and Radisys today announced a strategic partnership that brings agentic in-call AI directly into the operator voice network—opening a new class of intelligent, value-added voice services built on a fully cloud-native IMS foundation. 

By integrating Radisys’ already-launched In-Call AI capabilities with ng-voice’s ultra-lightweight, stateless IMS core, operators gain the ability to introduce AI-driven voice services—such as real-time call assistance, automated summaries, contextual follow-ups, fraud detection and live language support—within a standards-based, operator-controlled IMS environment. The solution embeds intelligence directly into the voice layer while preserving the reliability, security, and policy control required for carrier-grade services. 

Crucially, the partnership enables operators to evolve voice on their own terms.
