If you want to learn more about the interworkings of wireless network elements, there’s an app for that.
We are very proud to share that our world-famous Trillium Poster app is now free to download from the iTunes store. This iPad app brings our world-famous Trillium® Poster to life as a one-stop, interactive resource that shows how wireless network elements connect with one another.
From the home page via the iPad touchscreen, you can tap on which type of network diagram you would like to explore, including Long Term Evolution (LTE), LTE Advanced (LTE-A), IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), Small Cell and Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA). From within each network diagram, you can then tap individual components to retrieve definitions and additional visual representations.
We’ve included illustrations of standards-based network elements, interfaces and protocol stacks for a variety of technology architectures. Some cool features include access to more than 145 network interfaces; an extensive industry glossary of acronyms; portrait and landscape orientation; pinching/zooming of network maps; a new video section; and the most cutting-edge LTE and small cell content.
By developing the Trillium Poster as an app we’re able to offer you this powerful, educational tool in a valuable format. We’ve had tens of thousands of executives, engineers, journalists, analysts and students worldwide already attest to the advantage of the Trillium Poster in wall chart form. Now, we hope you’ll take it with you wherever you go.
